PARTICIPATION: All HEARTS families are asked to volunteer a small portion of their time to HEARTS activities. This helps to ensure that our activities will continue and that the work will be equally shared by all members. The Planning Committee does most of the organizational work for HEARTS. The rest of the work has been broken out into smaller jobs so that everyone can do something that suits their schedule and talents.
Please read through the jobs below and their descriptions. Check the website to see what jobs have been filled and which are still open. The website will always have the most up-to-date version of this document. Select the jobs you are interested in and number your top three choices in order of preference. Parents of all GUMC Students must make their first volunteer choice either a Hall Monitor or Study Hall Monitor position. Once these positions are filled, we will go to your second or third choices. Someone from the planning committee will contact you regarding the particular task you have chosen.
YOUR REGISTRATION FOR CLASSES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF YOU DO NOT SELECT A PLACE TO VOLUNTEER
